All the products that CBT Imports carries can be ordered through any legitimate motorcycle related business such as a franchised dealer, accessory store or repair shop. We do not yet have on line ordering so if you can't find a local dealer to help you, we recommend you either call our toll free number (800) 782-4686 or email us with a product request. All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. We also offer Fed Ex service for quicker delivery.

Orders placed from outside the U.S.A. are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Express Mail. We use Express Mail so that we can better track a package if it should get lost in transit. It is also the most cost effective way of getting a product to you over all the other expedited shipping services.
If you are unable to locate a dealer that carries our products please call us at (800) 782-4686 and we would be happy to assist you. It is not uncommon for many dealers to not know of everything we sell. In just that case, please feel free to call us on our toll free number to get more information on any specific product or check out our Product FAQ pages which can help you answer many commonly asked question about our products. Chances are if you have a question about something, it has already been asked by someone else. We will try to cover as many questions as we can on each product on the FAQ pages. We are always looking for new dealers to handle our products. If your favorite dealer does not carry the products you see on our website and feel it might be a good addition to their current product lines, please have them call us so that we can arrange for them to become a dealer.
